Ground transportation scheduled against the aircraft.
Transfers booked against the tail number, operator and FBO, and coordinated with your flight department before the day.
For charter and owner-operator passengers, flight departments and schedulers, and family offices who need the car and the aircraft to meet on the terms of the ramp rather than the terminal.
Private flights keep their own rhythm: wheels-down times drift with weather, routing and handling. The car has to be positioned for that, not for a published timetable.
How it works
- 1
Booked against the tail number
Send the tail number, operator, the aircraft’s estimated arrival or departure time and the FBO. If the FBO is not settled yet, tell us what you know and we will hold the booking open.
- 2
Coordination before the day
We are glad to speak with your flight department, scheduler or handler so the chauffeur’s name and the vehicle details reach the FBO in advance, where the FBO permits it.
- 3
Timing for aircraft, not terminals
The chauffeur is positioned against the latest ETA you or your flight department give us, so a slipping arrival does not leave the car idling or the passenger waiting.
- 4
Ramp access, stated honestly
Ramp access is granted by the airport operator and the FBO on their terms. We arrange it through them where it is available, and agree a confirmed alternative meeting point where it is not.
What to tell us
- Tail number and operator
- Airport and FBO (or tell us what is still to be confirmed)
- Estimated arrival or departure time, and who will send updates
- Number of passengers, and bags including anything oversized
- Any instructions the FBO or handler has given you
Choosing a vehicle
An Executive Sedan or Luxury SUV for principal travel; an Executive Sprinter for crew-and-party moves. Several vehicles can be coordinated for a single arrival. See the fleet.
Questions
Can the car meet the aircraft on the ramp?
Possibly, but that is not ours to promise. Ramp access is granted by the airport operator and the FBO. We arrange it through them where available and agree a confirmed alternative pickup point where it is not.
Why do you ask for the tail number?
The tail number is the registration on the aircraft (in the United States it begins with N). It tells us exactly which aircraft and operator we are meeting, which is what FBO and ramp teams work from.
Do you work with my flight department or handler?
Yes. We are happy to coordinate directly with schedulers, flight departments and handlers so that details are agreed once and shared with the FBO ahead of time.
