The standard terms behind every reservation. If your written quote states different terms, the quote applies.
Quotes and confirmation
We aim to reply to quote requests within one hour. Requests sent late at night are answered first thing the next morning. For travel within the next 24 hours, please call (571) 479-0659.
A quote request is not a reservation. Your reservation is confirmed when you accept the written quote and we confirm it back to you.
Cancellation

Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the quoted base fare. Weddings, proms and large events may carry different terms, which are stated on the quote.
Waiting time

Your flight number lets us plan around the actual landing time. Waiting beyond the included time is charged at the rate stated on your quote.
Child seats
Child seats can be requested when you book, subject to availability. Tell us the number of children and their ages; any charge is stated on your quote. For safety, a parent or guardian fits and checks the seat.
Luggage
Tell us the number of large and carry-on bags, and anything oversized such as golf bags or strollers. We confirm a vehicle that fits in writing. If more luggage arrives than was booked, we will do our best, but a larger vehicle may be needed.
Hourly service
Hourly bookings have a minimum, stated on the quote with how time is counted. Overtime is charged at the quoted hourly rate.
Gratuity, tolls and parking
Gratuity is not included unless your quote says so. Tolls, parking and airport fees that apply to your trip are shown on the quote.
Vehicle substitution
If the vehicle on your confirmation becomes unavailable, we provide a vehicle of the same class or better and tell you before pickup.
