Corporate & executive

Corporate transportation in Washington DC, planned around your itinerary.

Chauffeured transportation for executive offices, law firms, associations and visiting delegations: recurring trips, airport transfers, roadshows and multi-stop days, quoted in writing.

Corporate travel works best when the details are settled before the day: who is travelling, how they like to be met, where the stops are and who needs the paperwork. Use the corporate inquiry to send us the pattern of travel you have in mind.

How it works

  1. 1

    Planned around your travellers

Tell us who is travelling and how they prefer to be reached on arrival. We confirm the plan in writing before the journey.

  2. 2

    Recurring travel

If the same trips repeat, describe the pattern and we will discuss how to arrange it. Arrangements are confirmed in writing; nothing is assumed.

  3. 3

    Roadshow and multi-stop days

A day of meetings is planned as one itinerary with buffers between stops. If end times are uncertain, hourly service usually fits better than a string of transfers.

  4. 4

    Reference numbers and billing questions

Tell us what your finance team needs on a receipt, such as a matter or cost-centre reference. Billing arrangements are discussed and agreed in writing.

What to tell us

  • Company name and who will be travelling
  • The usual pattern: recurring trips, airports, addresses
  • Any reference numbers or billing needs your team has
  • What matters most to the traveller: punctuality, quiet, discretion, a particular class of vehicle

Choosing a vehicle

Most executive travel is well served by an Executive Sedan or Luxury SUV. For teams travelling together, an Executive Sprinter keeps the group in one vehicle. See the fleet.

Who we work with

Executive assistants

Book for someone else without chasing details: their name and mobile go to the chauffeur, the quote and updates come to you.

Law firms

Court days, client meetings and late finishes. Tell us the matter reference your accounts team needs on a receipt.

Government contractors

Site visits, agency meetings and visiting teams across Northern Virginia, the District and Maryland, planned from your itinerary.

Travel coordinators & event planners

Conferences, delegations and multi-vehicle movements quoted as one plan, with each vehicle confirmed in writing.

For executive assistants and travel desks

  • Booking on someone’s behalf. Give us the traveller’s name and mobile number alongside your own contact details. The quote and updates reach you, and the chauffeur reaches the traveller.
  • Multi-stop itineraries. List every stop and the time you need to be at each. We plan the sequence and tell you if the timings do not work.
  • Recurring bookings. For regular airport runs or standing weekly trips, say so in the request. We agree the pattern once and confirm each date in writing.
  • Reference numbers. Tell us if your team needs a purchase-order, cost-centre or matter reference; billing is agreed in writing.
Good to know. Any recurring arrangement is agreed in writing. Please ask about licensing and insurance documentation before a first reservation.

Questions

Can an assistant book on behalf of an executive?

Yes. Requests are often made by assistants. We ask for the traveller’s name and mobile number so the chauffeur can reach them directly on the day.

How does billing work?

Billing arrangements are discussed when you send your inquiry and agreed in writing before the journey. We do not assume terms in advance.

Do you handle confidential travel?

Journey details are used to deliver the service and are not sold or shared for marketing. See the privacy policy for the detail, and raise any specific confidentiality requirement when you request a quote.

Request a quote

Tell us the journey. We will quote it in writing.

Every quote names the vehicle class, the timing and the full price before you confirm anything. No payment is taken on this website.
