Quotes

All prices are provided in a written quote. The figure on the accepted quote is the figure charged, subject only to changes you request and we confirm in writing, or to wait-time and other terms stated on the quote.

Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only when you accept the written quote. Submitting the website form is a request, not a booking, and availability is not guaranteed until confirmation. No payment is taken through this website.

Changes and cancellations

Amendment and cancellation terms are stated on each quote before you confirm. Please refer to the quote for the terms that apply to your reservation.

Vehicle assignment

We confirm the vehicle class on the quote. The specific vehicle is confirmed when the reservation is accepted. Photographs on the website show vehicles from our fleet; the specific vehicle may differ from the one pictured.

Airports and aviation facilities

Airports, airport operators and FBOs control access, including ramp access and where vehicles may wait. We arrange access through them where it is available and cannot guarantee it.

Insurance and documentation

Please ask about licensing and insurance documentation during account set-up or before a first reservation.
