Weddings

Wedding-day transportation, planned to the timeline.

The couple’s car, the wedding party and guest shuttles, with every pickup built around the order of the day.

Wedding days combine tight timing, several vehicles and people who do not usually coordinate ground transportation. The aim is to take that off the couple’s list entirely.

How it works

  1. 1

    Timeline first

Share the ceremony, photo, reception and send-off times. The transportation plan is built from that sequence.

  2. 2

    The right vehicles

A car for the couple, vehicles for the wedding party, and shuttles for guests between venues and hotels, quoted as a package or individually.

  3. 3

    Chauffeurs briefed on the day

Each chauffeur is briefed on the order of events and the venues before the day.

  4. 4

    A written plan

The quote lists each vehicle, start time, location and duration, and the final timeline is confirmed ahead of the wedding.

What to tell us

  • Wedding date and the venues, with addresses
  • Your outline of the day’s timeline
  • Who needs transportation: couple, party, guests, and how many
  • Any special requirements, such as accessibility or a late send-off

Choosing a vehicle

Executive Sedan or Luxury SUV for the couple and family; Executive Sprinter for the wedding party or a guest shuttle. See the fleet.

Good to know. Popular dates are in demand. Asking earlier gives more choice of vehicles and timing.

Questions

Can you do both the couple’s car and guest shuttles?

Yes. We can quote the whole day as a coordinated package, or just the part you need.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Advance notice always improves availability, particularly for popular dates and for multi-vehicle plans.
