Hourly chauffeur service

Hourly chauffeur service: a car and chauffeur at your disposal.

Held as-directed for meetings, roadshows, multi-stop itineraries and days when the schedule is still taking shape.

Hourly service is the right choice when you want flexibility: several stops, an uncertain finish, or a vehicle that stays with you instead of completing one transfer and leaving.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us the window

Give us the start time, the expected duration and the first pickup. Rough stops are enough; the itinerary can be refined.

  2. 2

    Minimum hours on the quote

The minimum booking and how time is measured are stated in writing before you confirm.

  3. 3

    An itinerary that can flex

Stops can be added or reordered within the booked window. The chauffeur keeps the day moving and flags anything that will not fit.

  4. 4

    Overtime stated up front

What happens if the day runs long is on the quote, so a late meeting does not become a billing surprise.

What to tell us

  • Start time and location
  • How long you expect to need the car
  • The stops you know about, even roughly
  • Who will be travelling, and whether anyone joins part-way

Choosing a vehicle

An Executive Sedan for one principal, a Luxury SUV for a small team carrying materials, an Executive Sprinter for a delegation. See the fleet.

Good to know. For a single transfer with a known destination, point-to-point service is usually the simpler and more economical choice.

Questions

What does “as-directed” mean?

The vehicle and chauffeur remain with you for the booked period and go where you direct, instead of completing a single transfer.

How are hours counted?

The quote states the minimum and how time is measured. We agree this in writing before you confirm.
