Event transportation, planned around the venue.
Galas, conferences, performances and private occasions, with arrivals and departures planned around venue access and the shape of the evening.
For hosts, planners and organisations who need guests and principals to arrive and leave smoothly, without a queue of vehicles or a missed start.
How it works
- 1
Venue logistics first
Drop-off lanes, controlled curbs and security checkpoints shape where a car can stop. We ask about them early so the plan is made for the venue.
- 2
Arrival and departure waves
Arrivals are staggered, and standby vehicles can be held for the end of the evening so departures are not improvised.
- 3
Several vehicles, one schedule
Multi-vehicle movements are planned as a single schedule with one coordinator on the day.
- 4
A written event plan
Vehicles, timings, locations and terms are stated in the quote and confirmed before the event.

Questions
Can you hold a vehicle on standby during the event?
Yes. Standby time is quoted separately and stated in writing, so the end of the evening runs to plan.
Do you coordinate with event planners?
Yes. We are glad to work with planners and venue staff so access, timing and meeting points are agreed once.
