What an account is
A corporate arrangement starts with a conversation about who may book, who travels, how they like to be met and what paperwork your team needs. Anything recurring is agreed in writing.
Who it suits
Offices and law firms with regular airport runs, associations hosting visitors, and executive assistants who book for others. If you book chauffeured travel more than occasionally, settling the details once saves repeating them every time.
What gets set up
People authorised to book on the account. Traveller preferences, such as how a passenger likes to be met. Invoice references such as purchase-order, cost-centre or matter numbers. How you would like to be contacted about each trip.
How a booking works
You send the trip details by form or phone. We reply with a written quote naming the vehicle class, the timing and the total. The reservation is confirmed when you accept the quote.
Billing
Tell us which references your finance team needs on a receipt. Billing arrangements are discussed and agreed in writing before travel; we do not assume terms in advance.
Discretion
Journey details are used to carry out the booking and are not sold or used for marketing. Ask us about any additional confidentiality needs when you enquire.
